Do you have a physical location?

Sorry, not at this time. We are an online store only.

How can I contact customer service?

You can use our contact us form or call us at 612-306-8297. Customer service hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm CT.

Problems with Your Order

Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

Absolutely! If you need to make a change to your order, you can fill out the contact us form or call us.

If I submit two orders that are going to the same place, will you refund the shipping charge on one?

Yes, on your second order you can indicate in the special instructions field that you would like to combine orders. You can also reach out to us using our contact us form or call us.

I received a damaged or defective item, what should I do?

We are happy to send you return postage, so you can mail the item back to us, and you can request a refund or an exchange.

What is your return policy?

An item I wish to order is out of stock, when will you restock?

Not everything we stock will be reordered necessarily. If you would like to purchase a particular item that is sold out, please get in touch with us via our contact us form or call us and we will tell you if it's on reorder or if it is possible to make a special arrangement.

Why isn’t my order going through?

This can be hard to determine, but we have some suggestions. If you are on a phone, try a computer instead; try a different browser; try restarting your computer or phone. Alternatively, give us a call and we will process your payment over the phone: 612-306-8297.

Why isn’t my payment going through?

We would recommend calling your credit card company or bank first to see if the issue might be on their end. Try using another payment method or give us a call to see if we can process your payment over the phone.

Shipping

Can I pick up my order?

Sorry, we do not offer a pick up option at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to Canada at this time.

What packaging do you use?

We are an eco-conscious company, so we use recyclable paper packaging 99% of the time. There are rare special circumstances when we do use plastic. If you purchase 1-2 art prints, we sandwich the print(s) between 2 corrugated cardboard sheets and we pack them in chipboard envelopes. If you purchase more than 2 prints, we pack them in a box. Jewelry usually does not come with a gift box unless you specifically request it.

Our Services

Do you gift wrap?

Yes we do! Our gift wrapping service is free. You can have your gift wrapped with or without ribbon. You can also request a gift message, and we have gift boxes for jewelry. There is a form at checkout for gift wrapping specifications.

Do you offer discounts?

We do! If you subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on facebook and instagram @oldcedarnativearts you will be notified of all our special offers and discounts.

Do you do commissions?

If you want to commission a piece from a particular artist, please reach out to us and we will contact the artist for you or we will get permission from the artist to give out their contact information.

Do you sell wholesale?

We are a retail store only.

Do you do art framing?

No unfortunately, we do not offer art framing at this time.

Do you do art appraisal?

No, we are not trained in art appraisal.
